Accidently entered addition to virginia return for income exempt from federal return. How do I correct this?

Edit your Virginia return. Go over Virginia again. Look at the screenshot page. If that is where you added an item...edit it. Leave the boxes blank...no zeroes.

If this is not what you added and you cannot find what you did, then it is best to delete the state and start again.
