I filed my taxes and everything said I did it write but when I e-filed the Oh E-File Status says incomplete? What did I do or what happened?

E-filing a state is only allowed once a federal return is accepted/rejected. State returns will show incomplete until federal has been accepted. The IRS will not begin accepting tax returns until Monday 1/23/17.
