E file error

I go thru all the necessary steps to efile and get an error message stating I need to the online folder and get the latest updates. I do the updates and still get the error message

You may need to do a manual update.

Try clearing your Cache and Cookies and then try this link instructions.

I filed and received refund, now I need a copy of my return but can't find it- says looks like you didn't file with us-but the idx received it, approved it, sent my ref.
