So I did mine through Jackson Hewitt as well this is my first year going through Jackson Hewitt not TurboTax. And I have the Serve card are you saying that it would go on the Serve card?

I just checked my stimulus status this am and it said “you qualify but we need direct deposit information. So no it didn’t go to the turbo card so now I have to wait even longer bc I believe what the “expert” said. It def did NOT for me

NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE TURBOTAX!  When I checked it gave me the last 4 digits of my social for the account info. Which means I have to wait for a check!!  

Turbotax lost A LOT of business over this!

NO. The final answer is NO. These folks dodged all questions and put it all on the IRS.

I checked today on IRS WEB site and nope, my direct deposit was messed up. Shame on TurboTax for the lies, the miscommunication. I will NEVER use them again and I am a 10 year customer. Wow, what a bunch of liars. They could have been honest instead of each tax expert giving different answers. Maybe TurboTax should send us all checks to help us get food since they screwed us all.  But, they are evil and will never own up

I can’t even log into the app, website or phone system at all. I’m also not just waiting on the stimulus. My unemployment has been going to this car for 3 weeks now and it was sent to the turbo card April 13 I normally get it the next day around 1 pm and nothing. This is so frustrating
