NO. The final answer is NO. These folks dodged all questions and put it all on the IRS.
I checked today on IRS WEB site and nope, my direct deposit was messed up. Shame on TurboTax for the lies, the miscommunication. I will NEVER use them again and I am a 10 year customer. Wow, what a bunch of liars. They could have been honest instead of each tax expert giving different answers. Maybe TurboTax should send us all checks to help us get food since they screwed us all. But, they are evil and will never own up
