Does anyone know why I would have two different refund amounts and why neither of them would work when trying to track them

If you prepared a federal return and a state return that would explain the two amounts--one for each tax return.

What tax year are you trying to track? It is too soon to try tracking refunds for 2024, because the IRS has not even begun to process e-files. That will not begin until the end of January.
