"I filled 4 times..."
What do you mean you filed 4 times? That is not possible. The IRS -- and your state-- will only accept one tax return with your Social Security number on it. Any other attempts to e-file would be rejected. Please try to explain what you did.
I have 3 in total of my W-2 from 2024. The amount money I received from the tax return it’s only based on 2 of my W-2. I still have one more W-2 that I haven’t received the money.

You have 3 W2 forms? You have to enter all of them on the same 1040 tax return. If you didn't enter some on the first 1040 you filed then you have to file an amended 1040X to add the other ones. If you try to efile another regular 1040 it will reject.
How much is the refund on 1040 line 35a? You don't always get back all the withholding in W2 box 2.
How to Amend the current year to change or add more income

We still do not understand. ALL of your W-2's were supposed to be entered on the same tax return. Did you enter all of them on the same Form 1040? Or did you incorrectly try to file each W-2 as a separate tax return? If you did that, only the first one went to the IRS and the others would have been rejected.
Even if you entered all of them on the same tax return, you do not necessarily get back everything that was withheld from your paychecks. You have to enter all of the income and all of the tax that was withheld, and then the software reconciles whether you owe more tax or if you are getting a refund --- based on the total amounts of income and the total amounts of tax withheld.
Please explain more about where and how you entered all of the W-2's.
