How long after the bank rejects my refund will it take the IRS to issue me a paper check

Bank rejected our refund on 2/25. I was told 8 to 10 weeks for it to be reviewed and then they'll send a paper check in the mail. This timeframe began after I recieved my notice dating March 18th. I requested help from a tax advocate but was told by IRS that she couldn't help me because the IRS is not causing my hardship. She said because I didn't send our return to a bank with both mine and my husband's name on the account, I was at fault so we don't qualify for help.

They said it's systematic so you have to wait for their system to process a paper check. They told us between now and May they'll be mailing paper checks

Well it's almost a three month wait for me. I don't even think about it anymore I'm tired of checking and getting my hopes up. I'm just going to wait untill it's actually in my mailbox

Yea my ten weeks end May 27th so I'm not checking or expecting untill sometime around that time

Nope still telling me my ten weeks isn't up until May 28th so nothing they can do until that time has past
