Do I need a corrected W2 if Box 16 is showing the incorrect amount?

In the summary portion of my W2 is shows the correct amount for Box 16. But in Box 16 it is showing the incorrect amount. Do I need to request a corrected W2, or can I use the correct amount shown in the summary portion?
