Do I get a new turbo tax debit card every year or will my taxes be added to my old debit card?

Thank you for your response.  Yes, that answered my question.  But I know have another question.  When will I receive my new Turbo tax debit card?  My taxes have been filed and accepted on the 27th of January, but I have yet to receive my new card.
