I didnt include a small 1099-SA on my 2022 already accepted e-filed return. What are the chances my refund will be rejected and I need to refile, vs getting the refund and simply filing an amended return later?

If your return has been accepted by the IRS, then you have to file an amended return (1040X) to make changes. But please wait until your refund or payment is processed.
It might be that the IRS makes corrections automatically (not very likely). But it can't be rejected since it has been already accepted.
Please be aware that you can e-file your 2022 amended federal tax return, but states may require amendments to be printed and filed by mail. Please see How to amend a tax return for instructions.
The amendment process will not be available until late Feb ... try then. And it is better to amend the return instead of getting an IRS letter to deal with later. If all of the distribution in box 1 was used for medical expenses then this will not change your return however the form 8889 must be filed with the 1040X.
I will definitely amend the return when i can. I was just wondering what are the chances this delays or alters my current refund.
Slim to none.
