Did my return 3 weeks ago, still no update

As I stated I did my return Feb 10, fed and state were accepted 11th and 12th respectively. Or so said intuit. The IRS “wheres my refund” tool says they havent even processed it? What can I do or who can I call?

Same! But I did mine in January

Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing of your return or the release of your refund.
