Did my $560 go to the greendot bank. I recieved the turbotax greendot card in the mail. The routing and account numbers on my tax return I don't recognize?

I will call your corporate office on monday if you don't answer me.  You're website should be more user friendly if you want repeat customers.  I may not use you next year if you can't account for my money.  ??

You received your card--but has the IRS released your refund yet?  The card will not have money on it until the IRS/state issue your refund.

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control.  TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 20a of your Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

To track your state refund:

If your refund has been issued:

Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax.   TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.

You can contact them SBTPG, toll-free, at 1-877-908-7228 or go to their secure website www.sbtpg.com

I realize the IRS may not have sent my refund to me yet.  I want to know the financial institution where my $560 wilk be deposited into. I did not give any permission to turbo tax about routing/account numbers.  I only accepted the greendot card.  Is the routing and account number on my 1040 the checking account linked to my greendot debit card? That's all I want to know. And the name of the bank. So I could deposit more money into it. Thank you.

Did you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund?  If so, it goes to the third party bank first, then they send it to you after removing the amount you owe to TurboTax.
If you paid upfront and are not having the fees deducted then direct your question about the card and about making deposits to this number:

Okay, xmasbaby0, you gave me the contact numbers to call. It's a little scary to see a routing and account number I don't recognize.  I'm in the hospital still. I was hospitalized on April 15th too. I still believe the routing/account number are behind my greendot debit card but I just have to make sure for now and for future deposits too. Thank you very much for your time.
