I called irs they said the refund was deposited as of today. Turbo tax first told me that it was rejected then said oh check it’s it’s on their end then said oh it’s your bank. Meanwhile I kept telling them I already talked to irs and they said it get sent to turbo tax to take out their fees since I elected for it to do that. Then they say oh we got our fees already. After first telling me it was rejected tell me how that it. Turbo tax is messing up my refund. And not taking accountability. I suggest people not to use turbo tax this year. I even elected to get it 5 days early and the get notified they can’t do that and will refund the fees for it. When my refunded was approved on irs I checked turbo tax and it showed that. Then all the sudden today the day it was supposed to deposit now turbo tax shows pending and I can’t even see my receipt it say unavailable.

Where's my Refund is the most accurate information as it is directly from the IRS. Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing of your return or the release of your refund. The TurboTax site can only update if the information is provided for the software to update. This doesn't always happen so the information shown on TurboTax could be behind.

The IRS is who is issuing your refund, not TurboTax, so the IRS has the most up to date information.
