Deleting online retrun

I purchased the Turbo tax Deluxe. After downloading the software it gave me an option to upgrade to premium at no charge. When I was finished and when to file it wanted to charge me $35 to file just my Federal and an additional fee to file State. I went back to my desktop Deluxe version and transferred all the data and filed costing me only $15 dollars to E-file my State. My question is how do I delete the one line data? I tried to do the clear and start over but says I can't because I already paid but I didn't pay for the online version as it was suppose to be free upgrade. I went to the online version and deleted what I believe is everything I entered. Is there anything else I should do? Will the just hang out there or what?
