My refund was supposed to be deposited today. When I call TT they have no record of my taxes but send me a link to check wheres my refund. I need to know where my money is.
While you do get a date from the Internal Revenue Service as to when your refund should be available, they do not specify exact times. If you have a deposit date of today and have not received your refund yet, be patient.
There are no fixed times or hours when you can receive your 2024 tax refund during the 2025 Tax Season.
Additionally, each bank varies on when they post direct deposits. Even if your bank "usually" posts direct deposits at a certain time, they may handle Tax Refunds differently. Some banks might post once in the morning and once in the afternoon, only one time a day, and some may instantly.
In the Community, we do not have access to your TurboTax account and can not tell you where your refund is or why you do not have your deposit yet.
If your refund date has passed and you have not received your refund, it may be that your direct deposit, for a variety of reasons, was not able to be completed and your refund is coming as a paper check to the address on your return.

I have recommended a fraudulent check from intuit and CRB and not sure how to resolve and get my refund
Yes that is what I was told as well still no refund
Nope you gone keep wondering
I’ve done that and it was still was
rejected there was dedicated number when mine was considered fraudulent my bank reversed the check this was February 27th and turbo tax still had not resolved my issue I have 20 case numbers I’ve filed a complaint with the better business bureau
I will do the same. I am an attorney and plan on fooling a suit on them as well...
If the bank has concerns with the validity of the check, they can contact Intuit directly at 1-800-335-9612. A dedicated team is available for verification purposes. Also, if the check is uncashed after 90 days, the check will be returned to the IRS. The taxpayer can then work with the IRS to receive their tax return.
lol stop saying that to people, turbo tax is ridiculous. I had a supervisor tell me you all should’ve been educated on this. Her direct words were “they’ve been given plenty of education material on this subject. I don’t understand why they’re still saying that” so if you chose the five day early option, and your direct deposit was declined you are not going to automatically get a check from the IRS you are going to get a check from cross River bank and it is incredibly hard to cash. If you have a bank, take it to your bank in your bag will put a six day hold on it and that’s all you can do. good luck
Well, hopefully you didn’t destroy the check because it isn’t actually fraudulent. I was told it was fraudulent by one bank and three different TurboTax people before I talk to a supervisor who told me that that was the actual check. You need to go to an actual bank and put it in as a deposit and they will hold it for six days and then you can get your funds.
I’ve been dealing with this since February 19th I’m one of the earlier customers who first experience this issues and the bank held it and
it did not clear it was reversed and after calling is when the escalation forms were created and it still has not been processed cleared or resolved
Please contact Intuit at 800-335-9612. A dedicated team is available for this. @Djenkins83
