Credit Karma spend account closed

I opened a spend account with credit karma this year.I received an advance loan through credit karma. My account was closed and I do not know what is going to happen to the balance of my refund once the IRS releases the funds. I had a dispute on the debit card I received and they quickly issued another card and closed the other. But now I have gotten an email saying the spend account was closed. Correspondence is only through email. No phone number or even a live chat. Has anyone had this issue. Can Intuit advise?

Same with me it’s so weird nothing was wrong with the account but it closed

If your account is closed when they attempt to send the refund, then the funds will go back to the IRS. Once they receive the refund back, they will then issue a paper check to you in the mail.

I want to know why my account was closed. There were still funds in there and now my return will be delayed. The whole reason for using Credit Karma's advance service was I trusted turbo tax to recommend a partner who would get me my return fast. Now my return could possibly be delayed 2 months.

You would need to contact Credit Karma to ask why it was closed.

If the direct deposit cannot happen, then the refund will be converted to a paper check mailed to the address on the return.
