Credit Karma spend account closed

I opened a spend account with credit karma this year.I received an advance loan through credit karma. My account was closed and I do not know what is going to happen to the balance of my refund once the IRS releases the funds. I had a dispute on the debit card I received and they quickly issued another card and closed the other. But now I have gotten an email saying the spend account was closed. Correspondence is only through email. No phone number or even a live chat. Has anyone had this issue. Can Intuit advise?
