I had filed my taxes this year with TT. I applied for their Anticipation Refund Loan and was denied. I also opted for my fees to be taken directly from my federal return. Which is getting sent to SBTPG for processing. At this point I was unable to change my DD information, as my refund was accepted by the IRS. I am not interested in the account that TT has my refund being direct deposited to, (Credit Karma Spend Account). CKSA also has a daily deposit limit of $10,000. My return is more than that. TT could not change my DD either since my return was accepted by the IRS. No other options were available to change my DD after being denied the loan. I have attempted to close the Credit Karma Spend Account as I do not want my funds deposited into that institution. My funds has not been received at SBTPG at this time. My DDD information from the IRS is 02/24/2022. I have sent a request to SBTPG to see if I can get a paper check. At this point, SBTPG will be my last option if available. So my question is, how do I speak to a live agent before SBTPG recieves my funds? I have a bad feeling about all of this honestly.
You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
You can reach out to SBTPG at 1-877-908-7228 or go to their secure website.
Who provides Pay With My Refund?
That is only giving me automated service as a taxpayer. Is there another number available, or what options should I select to speak with someone.
Please see their Help Page here for further assistance.
So I was experiencing the same issue with credit karma . I also work for Turbo tax . I’ve called Credit Karma several times about this daily deposit limit of 10,000 and they have insured me that the limit as I’m seeing is for external accounts only they said the the limit is actually 20,000 hopefully this helps I also have the same DDD and my refund is also over 10,000 so hopefully all 5 agents gave me the correct info
I was also informed by a TT representative that if it's over their limit they will give you an option of sending you another prepaid card, or have a check mailed with the difference. But I was also assured with CK also. I wish you good luck tho. I'm just so confused since nobody seems to be on the right page.
That’s Exactly what I’m saying I called them about 8 times just to be sure but everybody don’t seem to be on the same page although they did say if it’s coming directly from the irs it is no limit cause I was getting worried a lot of people are depending on their refunds . Good luck to you as well .
