a) For some reasons, my e-file requests for both federal 1040 and CA state were rejected twice by the tax system, even though I changed the correct AGI number on 5/15/2021 late evening. Hence, I have decided to send in both federal/CA state tax forms by mails.
Please refund my state e-file money ($27.06).

I paid to e file two tax returns and the Pinn numbers would not show up to the IRS so i had to mail them. My credit card was charged two times at $25.00 each. Can you refund my charges? Thank you

Did you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund? Is your refund taking an unusually long time to arrive? Or was your refund seized to pay a debt you owed? if so, you signed an agreement that says TT can withdraw its fees from your account. TurboTax would have sent several emails to you before they took the money out of your account.

I never got anything or no tax money so why do I have to pay I never got a dollar from my taxes

I tried several times to e-file my federal and state taxes. However, all attempts failed and I did not have time to continue trying so I mailed my tax forms.
Please refund my $25 state e-file fee.

I am having issues getting answers in my refund request!!!! I paid a professional with another company to do my taxes because after 4 + attempts to upgrade on your product to have a professional do it for me it kept taking me back to the payment screen. all I want is my $79.00 back.
