My turbo tax file shows that both Federal and State e-filings have been accepted, but I'm still getting emails that there are problems with both of them. What to do?

Is it possible you have more than one account? If you started your return in one account and did not finish, you will receive notifications.
I recommend you check your e-file status. This Turbo Tax FAQ will show you how to check your e-file status, as this is something we will not know. If for some reason it was not completed, you can finish filing.

Reply was no help. I don't have more than one account, and didn't use more than one email address, AND, as I mentioned in my question, I already checked my efile status several times on Turbotax and it indicates that both my federal and state returns have been accepted. Your suggested website took me right back to my turbotax efile status screen!
Do the emails that you are receiving state a specific issue with your returns, or is it just a general "your returns have an issue" message? Please respond back so that we can try to help.
