Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing or the timing when the IRS releases your refund.
The IRS Where's My Refund site will not take into account the 5 days early, but if you signed up for the 5 Day Early product, you should receive your refund deposited 5 days prior to the date indicated by the IRS, assuming all conditions are met.
The IRS states that most federal tax refunds are issued within 21 days of acceptance, however, some may take longer if they require additional review. Also, by law, the IRS cannot issue EITC or ACTC refunds before mid-February. This applies to your entire refund, not just the portion related to those specific credits.
Here are a few FAQs to help you track your refund:
When will I get my federal tax refund?
How do I track my state refund?
Why does Where's My Refund say "approved" but TurboTax still says "accepted"?
Why do some refunds take longer than others?
What if my IRS refund is taking longer than 21 days?
Five days early means up to five days earlier than whatever date the IRS says it will issue your refund. You have to watch the IRS refund site to see what it says.
First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2025 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
To track your state refund:
If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing
.
If you are getting earned income credit on line 27 or additional child tax credit on line 28 You are subject to the delay required by the PATH act. Do not expect your refund before early March
Do you have an update by any chance? Did you get it or not yet?

The IRS says to allow up to 5 days due to variations in receiving banks' processing methods. Is your refund supposed to go directly from the IRS to your bank, or did you use one of the following options?
Where the IRS sent your funds also depends on whether you used any third-party offers which use an intermediary bank to first received the refund, such as the "pay fees out of refund"option, or "Up to 5 days earliy" offer, Refund Advance, etc.
Explain more
Explain to me why was my Federal Taxes offset because I don’t know how that happened
TurboTax never knows about offsets to your refund. The IRS (or your state) does not share any information with TT after you file your tax return, so no one at TT knows if you owed back taxes or child support. You will receive a letter about the offset in several weeks.
NOTE: You can contact the IRS Treasury Offset Program Call Center at 1-800-304-3107 to ask if they have an offset for you on file. TurboTax would not have that information.

TurboTax does not receive feedback from the IRS regarding money that was offset from your refund. If you owed back taxes or child support, you will receive a letter of explanation from the IRS in several weeks. The WMR site will contain a message regarding your offset. It is also possible that the IRS caught a mistake you made and reduced your refund.
I don’t owed anything but can y” all find out what is the problem
TurboTax does not have that information. Usually the Department of Treasury's Bureau of the Fiscal Service (BFS) issues a letter if an offset occurs. This is the agency that issues IRS tax refunds and Congress authorizes BFS to conduct the Treasury Offset Program (TOP). If you don't receive a notice, you can contact them at 800-304-3107 (or TTY/TDD 800-877-8339).
The IRS also issues notices if they make changes to your refund, and also post updates of any changes on Where's My Refund?.
