Cannot access to do Personal Tax. Keep bringing me back to screen "Tell us a bit about you and your taxes". But no problem with Business Tax.

I have not problem working in Business Tax but I cannot start on my Personal Tax. It keeps asking "Tell us a bit about your and your taxes" again and again.

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax.  You can also try a different browser.

Also, make sure you have ran all updates.
