I wanted to submit my amount owed via direct debit, but this application was not taking my bank's routing number, saying it was invalid. It's Bank of America. Come on!!

Can you try typing it in by hand (no copy paste) and would you mind checking your routing number with the Bank of America website: https://www.bankofamerica.com/deposits/routing-number-faqs/
