Can you tell me why there was money taken outta my bank account trying to find out why it said from turbo tax?

If you requested to have your TurboTax account fees paid from the federal tax refund, those fees were not paid when you filed your tax return.  The fees are paid after your federal tax refund is issued by the IRS.  However, if the IRS delays the refund then TurboTax will debit your account for payment of the account fees.  You would have received 4 emails from TurboTax explaining this along with providing you other options.
