You can find the message by going into your TurboTax program. See this article: What is an offline review and how do I get one? quoted here about where to see the message:
The tax expert's message can be accessed anytime via the floating Live help button in the bottom right corner of any TurboTax Live screen. Your Offline Review message will appear at the top of the panel when its open.

I'm having the same issue now! When I click on view message, it takes me to a different page and no message in site. I need to speak to someone live. I called [phone number removed] but not option to speak to a rep. Please provide a number to call, thank you in advance!
Did you get a message from a "Live" expert?
Or do you need to contact a "Live" expert?
You can arrange for the Live help you are paying the extra fee for with your questions from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific time.

How does one access Live Expert correspondence from last year's taxes. There's important information I need for this year's taxes but I don't need the Expert this year.
In order to access and view the messages from the Live Expert, you will need to be logged into your account and in a Full Service product. Please see image below:
If you have gotten this far and clicked on Messages and you don't see any messages, please contact TurboTax by phone, What is the TurboTax phone number? and ask to be transferred to Full Service.
