You can also contact the Customer Care department toll-free at (888) 285-4169.

Toll free number doesnt work when u dont have card number and when u use info for never recieved still want last 4 of card.  This is the worst company every.  No one can help get my refund.  Just bs..

Try this,  contact Turbo Prepaid Visa Card for questions about your card or account. You can contact them by calling toll-free at (888) 285-4169.

 

Very important: Ignore the prompt asking for your card number.  Choose #1 for lost, stolen, or cards never received, then choose #1 again, enter SS# if prompted and continue following the instructions.
