Can Turbo tax create the FAFSA form from my tax return?

TurboTax does not create the FAFSA form but I have included a TurboTax FAQ below on how to get this form. Once you complete your tax return you will have the information needed to fill out your FAFSA form.

Can you send in my tax info for the FAFSA?

While we can’t send any part of the FAFSA in for you, if you’ve filed your taxes and they’ve been processed by the IRS, you may be able to import your info directly into FAFSA using the IRS Data Retrieval Tool. It’s part of FAFSA.ed.gov – not TurboTax.
