Try clearing cache on your web browser.  If that does not solve the problem, change your web browser to Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge

If you want your actual tax return for that year....you might be in the wrong area...those documents are things you uploaded into TTX for storage, and may not be your actual full tax file. 

From the display you showed....Click on "Tax Home" in the left screen .

Then scroll down the main page to "Your tax returns & documents."

Then select the year you want and download the PDF of your actual tax return from there.

(of course, I can't know if there is still something blocking you anyhow)
