Do you have a business and did you pay an independent contractor $600 or more for a service they provided to your business?
Go to this IRS website for the Form 1099-NEC - https://www.irs.gov/forms-pubs/about-form-1099-nec
To prepare a 2021 1099NEC? The only way now using Turbo Tax is to install the 2021 Home & Business program on a Windows computer. Then you can use the built in W2/1099 Reporter. But you will not be able to efile it, just print & mail.
Or do you need a copy of one you got?
I was sent one by the person I worked for. I asked her for another copy of it, but she isn't answering. I have the original email from TurboTax telling me it's there, but there's nothing I can print.
Turbo Tax doesn't have a copy of W2 or 1099s. Only the info you typed in from it. There might be a worksheet showing the entries. What do you need it for?

If you know the amount that you were paid you do not need the Form 1099-NEC to report your self-employment income. You can enter it as cash income in the self-employment section of the TurboTax program. The 1099-NEC is not sent with your tax return.
