I am very upset. I have been trying to reset my password for at least 8 month . And get into my account I do not have access to my old email or my phone number. I have needed to log in to my turbo tax account to view my taxes from 2018 in order to get my stimpulus direct deposit check. I have tried resetting it and each time I put in that I do not have access to email or phone number. Then is proceeds to another screen where I answer all questions regarding personal information without any problems and then nothing. I still cant get help.
I need a solution and I need someone from turbo tax to resolve this problem. It should not be this hard to speak with someone in technical support that can further help me

The IRS could have used either your 2018 or 2019 tax return to issue a stimulus check. Did you file a 2019 return? TurboTax has no control over whether the IRS sent you a stimulus check.
You will be able to get the stimulus money when you prepare your 2020 return and file it in early 2021--assuming you are eligible. There will be a place to enter it on line 30 of the Form 1040.
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.
