I entered one rental property on a schedule C which I may be able to enter on Schedule E. Can I create another return using the data already entered to compare the results? I initially thought I would need to use Schedule C to deduct medical insurance premiums, but it appears that is not necessary since I am actively managing all my rental properties and I am self employed in rental management

Yes, in desktop TurboTax you can create another test return. The data has to be re-entered-you can't transfer from one to another.
You can prepare as many returns as you like, but only 5 can be efiled (ex: for family members).
