I attempted to file my taxes with TurboTax, had difficulties, and ultimately asked for assistance from Auterny to resolve the issue.

Yes, you can request a refund for your TurboTax that you could not use.

You would do that through Customer Service.

VA sent me a request for confirmation of tax paid to PA. I don't know how to do this and now they've sent me an adjusted tax bill. Can Turbotax send them my information?
