Can I print my state form so I can send it in myself and not pay turbotax the 50.00?

If you used TurboTax software to prepare the state return you fee is the same whether you e-file the state return or mail it in an envelope.  The fee is for using the software--not for e-filing.   If you want to delete the state return and prepare it some other way you can do that.   Your state might have a way for you to use the state's site for free; or you could print out the state form to prepare on paper by hand to mail in.  Make sure you have a copy of your federal return handy because you will need information from it.
