Yes, you can have the tax you owe drafted from your checking account. In TurboTax, you'll see the payment option Withdraw the money from my bank account when we ask how you want to pay your federal taxes. You can also pay your federal tax from your bank account by going directly to the IRS website: Direct Pay With Bank Account
