TurboTax does not have copies of your W-2. It would have a Form W-2 Wage and Tax Statement that included the tax data from the forms that were entered.
TurboTax only retains tax returns from the online editions for the current tax year and the prior 7 tax years, the same retention time as the IRS.
You can get a free Wage and Income transcript from the IRS - https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
Go to this Social Security website for copies of W-2's with a fee of $90 for each request - https://faq.ssa.gov/en-us/Topic/article/KA-02501
NO ... TT keeps records for only 7 years and the IRS for 10.
It may be possible to get that info from the SS administration for a fee : https://www.irs.gov/faqs/irs-procedures/copies-transcripts/transcript-or-copy-of-form-w-2
