Can i go from download to online tax return?

I accidently purchased download desktop application for filing 2022 and I need online how do I access online?

 You want Online for 2022?  Sorry Online is closed to get ready for 2023.  You have to use the Desktop program for 2022 or prior.   Or do you want to use Online for 2023?  2023 hasn't opened yet, keep checking back in late Nov or December.  You can buy the 2023 Desktop program now.

If you used the Online version in the past we can tell you how to transfer it into the Desktop program or visa versa.  

If you need a refund for the program you bought.   Sorry you can’t apply the CD/Download purchase to the Online version. You will have to get a refund and pay for online separately.
