Can I get a refund on fees if I sent a paper return?

I thought I could e-file but cannot. I had already paid the fees. Can I get a refund from TurboTax?

No. Your fee is the same whether you e-file or mail the return in an envelope. Your fee was for using the software for preparing your tax return; there was not an extra fee to e-file.

Sorry the online fees are to prepare the return whether you efile or print and mail. The fees are the same. You have to pay before you file or want to print.
