Can I get a refund for Deluxe fees if I decided not to proceed with filing using Turbotax?

If you go through the program and prepare your return, do NOT purchase until you have decided to file the return.

You will not be refunded once you purchase the program just because you changed your mind. 

However, you can use the program to see what your return looks like without purchasing. But you can NOT efile your return without purchasing the program, if you need a program above the Free Edition.

So, don't purchase until you are ready to file.

Your info will be safe and waiting inside your TurboTax account until you are ready to purchase and file.
