No, but there should be a form generated that is an electronic postmark.

If you e-filed the 2022 tax return there is no physical signature on the Form 1040.  If you want a signed copy of the tax return, print the return.  Then sign and date return for the date it was e-filed on page 2 of the Form 1040 where it shows SIGN HERE.

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)
