You can't make any changes to it...for hat you would need the Desktop program
BUT...if the forms are fully filled out, you mail-file only the Federal forms which have an Attachment Sequence # in the upper rt corner of the first page of the form (you still file the extra pages of that form..if any)
Don't file the worksheets...those (most) all say "Keep for your records." at the top of the form.
IF you downloaded the PDF recently, then that PDF contains a gazillion sheets you don't file. ALL the Federal ones needed will be above the "Tax History Report" sheet ( there might still be a few that are not filed, above that sheet, but I haven't (yet) seen any required that are below it)

In the state section, I don't know...that varies so much, you'll have to figure those out somehow on your own.
