Can I file an amended return if I haven't received my refund from my 2020 filing? 1040-X subtracts the filed refund as if I received it so amended refund is incorrect.

I need to file an amended return because I didn't file a Schedule SE--also didn't put the correct stimulus amount--so my refund has been delayed. Filed in late February.

STOP !!!!    Do NOT amend anything until the IRS finishes processing the original return.  Column A of the 1040X must match the return as corrected by the IRS.
