No. Amended returns must be printed, signed and mailed. Use a mailing service that will track it, like certified mail or UPS so you will know that the IRS received it. It is currently taking much longer than the normal four months for the IRS to process an amended return.

Wait a couple of weeks ... the IRS is opening the option to efile the amended return ... no news yet when TT will be on board with this option but since amended returns are taking 4 to 6 months to process waiting a couple of weeks is a good idea.
