Can I amend my 2022 taxes for a possible missed capitol expense deduction ?

In 2022 I had to have my driveway dug up for a main sewer line break. I paid the entire bill but now realize that I should have put it on my taxes as a capital expense (it is not a capital improvement, it was very necessary and not an option to not have it replaced.
