Received a W-2c, box 12a (code E) was 853.89 now 712.11. Amended return says I don't owe any extra or get a refund -- do I even need to file these?

Box 12 code E means Non taxable elective deferrals under a section 403(b) salary reduction.

If this is the only change in your corrected W-2, you do not need to file an amended return.
