I filed my 2012 1040 37 months late. The IRS had filed for me and said I owed $6000. My late 1040 showed a refund of $3700. I owe $20,000 from 2010. Will I get a credit?

I know after 3 years they won't issue a cash refund but will they 

a. apply the $3700 to the 2010 balance

b. eliminate the 2012 $6000 liability but no $3700 credit

c. say I still owe $6000 for 2012
