Asking for a 1040 form for 2015, but i filed a W-2 form

A W-2 is not a tax return.  The information from the W-2 is entered on a tax return.  The tax return is then sent to the IRS.  Federal tax returns are Form 1040, Form 1040A or Form 1040EZ.

To e-file the 2016 tax return you will need the 2015 AGI from the tax return that was filed for 2015.
