Amending Federal/State taxes and stuck in never ending loop

I filed my state and federal taxes with turbo tax online but forgot to include some income.  I therefore went to amend my taxes with the turbo tax online software but I have been having issues.  I think it's a bug. The amending process becomes a never ending loop. The last page before it starts its loop again is this: Great job so far!

I already received my refund/payed taxes so that can't be an issue.  Who should I contact to get this resolved?

UPDATE: 

I think I may have found the reason.  Step 2 on one of the pages states "For your amended Federal return:

Your taxes owed will be direct debited from your bank account ending in ..." .  This needs to be changed to taxes being mailed in. How would I do that.  When I start step 3 it goes straight to my state taxes and skips the federal taxes.

When you mail your return, you can send a check or money order and mark out the bank info on the printed forms.

I had to contact Turbotax by phone.  It was a bug with the software.  It mentions that you can e-file a amended return in Vermont.  However that is not the case and you have to manually change it to send by mail.  After that I had issues getting my amended state return.  In order to get it you have to sign out, sign back in then scroll until you see amend (change) return then hit button Amend using TurboTax Online. After that look on the left hand side and click tax tools then print center.  Follow the pages instructions until it gives you an option to print the state return.
