I am really upset by this, 5.5 hours over 2 days. The first day they didn't even keep adequate notes so we had to go through all the steps again on the second day. After all those hours IT told my rep that there is a glitch in the desktop app and I will have to do it by hand.
To make up for it they were like here is 33% off your next taxes. I use TurboTax so I don't have to file by hand. Honestly I should be refunded by 2021 tax fee I paid back in 2021.
Any one else have this problem?
