I filed my taxes and already got my refund. But after I received the refund I received another W2 and when I tried to file it TurboTax said I would get more money but when I went to put in my bank account information it said that the IRS was gonna take the money that I was told I was gonna get out of my account. I am very confused. Am I to get it or do I owe that money it said ur new refund amount for only the amended return. But t that I owe that amount. I am also worried as to I don't have that money and as of right now I don't have a job. I used all my refund money to pay my house payment to get it caught up.

The amended return is only for the difference you get back or owe. I think the cover sheet shows what the original return WOULD have been if you did it right the first time.
Go by the actual 1040X. Line 18 should be your original refund amount and line 22 should be your additional refund. If you paid on your original return it will be on line 16. If there is an amount owed with the amendment, it will be on line 20.
If you have a tax due, do not send the 1040V. Just include a check with the 1040X. Ignore the 1040V. That is for the original return or what the original return would have been if it didn’t need correcting. Don’t pay the amount on the 1040V. Pay the amount on the actual 1040X.
We cannot see your screen or your account. And we do not know if you amended correctly. In order to amend your tax return you have to use a special form called a 1040X. That form has to be prepared starting from your original return looking exactly like it did when you first e-filed it. If you messed around with your return without using Form 1040X, you made a mistake.
And...more income = more tax. So it is possible that adding that other W-2 caused you to owe tax instead of getting another refund.
Please give us a description of exactly how you amended---it sounds like you made some mistakes. If we understand what you did we can help.
Depending on your additional income and withholdings it might be that you have to pay additional money back to the IRS or you might get an additional refund. TurboTax will tell you when you are working on your amended return Form 1040-X.
Please be aware, that Form 1040-X to amend a filed tax return isn't available yet. Do not make any changes to the original filed return and do not start a new return.
Please see How to amend a tax return for instructions (this will be updated once the 2021 Form 1040-X is ready). Please be aware that you can e-file your 2021 amended federal tax return, but most states require amendments to be printed and filed by mail.
Please see IRS forms availability table for TurboTax individual (personal) tax products for additional information.
